Running Coaching

more than just a training plan

As a running coach I will always work with anyone who wants to improve in their running or has a goal they wish to achieve.  

That being said, my specific experience and knowledge lends itself to the runner who wants assistance in stepping up to half marathon, marathon or ultramarathon distance.

My approach to coaching is to firstly understand my clients and their lives as best I can, then combine that with my knowledge and experience to bring the best out in them as runners.

Mindset and motivation are two key factors in running success and these are areas that I like to discuss with everyone I coach.

Long distance running is more than simply getting your body fit, you have to exercise your mind too! 

Through the plan I achieved my running goal and most importantly did it without picking up an injury or compromising my busy work & home life.

Compact Coaching

Affordable coaching you can pick up as and when using an ‘off the shelf’ training plan.

Includes:

Initial assessment questionnaire

Training plan uploaded to my online system

Unlimited contact via txt/email

Monthly group video call

Advice & signposting on other aspects of training and racing such as mental preparation, nutrition, kit, footwear and injury management.

Rolling monthly plan – cancel whenever you want.

£50 per month

Complete Coaching

The full coaching package with a plan written for your goal(s) with your home/work/family life in mind.

Includes:

Initial assessment questionnaire and video/phone call

Bespoke training plan written by me uploaded to my online system

Unlimited amends to the plan as required

Unlimited contact via txt/email/phone

Monthly group video call

Advice & signposting on other aspects of training and racing such as mental preparation, nutrition, kit, footwear and injury management.

Rolling monthly plan – cancel whenever you want.

£75 per month

ONE TO ONE WORKSHOP

One to one training session focused on an area of your running you would like to improve.

Such as…

Interval training

Beginner trail running

Uphill and/or downhill technique

£40 per session not incl travel
